Sent phone for repairs
I sent a Samsung phone for repairs at MTN because its still under warranty and i was told they cant fix the phone its physically damaged ,so for me to get the phone back i must pay aR330 (NOT SURE FOR WHAT)..because the phone is not fixed<br> <br> Im really sure what ill be paying for if the phone is not fixed<br> I was not told about the fee at all<br> <br> If the phone is not fixed bring it back ill take it somewhere else where they can fix it!<br> <br> Im really not happy with this services, because the phone still under warranty and I never dropped the phone in water<br>
