SENT MY NAME TO VVM ATTORNEYS

My name is Patronella Litjamela I had an account with MTN but the account was paid up and closed on the 07/07/2015 by a lady called SIBONGILE SHE THEN GAVE ME A REF NO. ***, BUT VVM is busy calling and sending me messages saying I'm owing MTN R6075.59, when I call MTN asking them about this they say it was a mistake as they can see on the system that I'm not owing them a cent and my account is closed, I really don't know where to go whom to speak to about this matter as MTN IS BUSY SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST ABOUT THIS MATTER, mean while VVM is saying I must contact MTN they are the one who has an authority to remove my name from them, I spoke to a lady called SALWAY she gave me MTN legal no. *** but the no. is not working I have been trying to solve this matter as I am worried about my name going for black listed for nothing, please help me guys MTN MUST REMOVE MY NAME AND SEND ME A PROOF THAT THEY HAVE REMOVED MY NAME FROM THESE PEOPLE, when ever I call MTN they are telling different stories, no one is willing to help me though they can see on their system that I don't owe them. please help me guys you are my last hope, my contact no. is below. thanking you.
