Sent back and forth and no resolution still

I have been buying airtime via my cell phone banking app for almost a year now. I have never had problems, but all of a sudden when I buy data now there is data that gets \stuck"on my phone that I cannot use. This has never happened before. I could always use all the data up to zero. Std bank does not specify the data bought for night time or day time. The data like the previous year is just normal data and they only load the packages as I buy it via the app from the bank"
