Sense of urgency and time management.

Am at mtn in Bloemfontein-Nelson Mandela drive. I have a problem with my router I can't read my messages. I got here at 13:35....I was referred to technician but he is not here and it's been a while. By the time he (the technician) left he knew I was going to come back to him, but he left still and for a long time. Even worse when I call mtn call centre non of their consultant is able to help me, so now am here and still I have to wait for hours to get assistance. When I ask security they say he went to waterfront. The pain of waiting for someone who went shopping is unbearable because he might come back after 2 hours or more. One of my biggest problem is if I leave now I must come back again tomorrow and there is still no guarantee that I will get assistance. And I must catch 2 taxis (R28) to get here. On top of that am on chronic medication and am hungry I don't know if I stay longer what's going to happen to me. There must at least be 2 technician in a branch for cases like these.
