SENIOR CITIZEN HARASSMENT - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MTN VAAL MALL

It has been weeks of back and forth regarding a cancelation of a cellphone contract due to worst service recieved at MTN vaal mall store, today we wake up to a debit order for the disputed contract, this is getting worse by the day and has totally gotten out of hand, MTN has proved that they have no value of customer service nor do they value elderly clients who are pensioners. This is shocking!!
