Sending SMS's that i have been credited with R200 and getting R30

I upgraded 3 of my phones. The deal was that i would pay 189.00 and receive R 200 airtime a month.I get messages stating that i've received the R200.00 but when checking find only R30.00 has been credited.One phone wasn't even credited last month. The 189.00 is for two phones .The other phone is a monthly payment of R299.00.I also never received the one phone and it was recorded that it was at their warehouse,i then cancelled that one.They are charging me every month for all three phones.Airtime is also disappearing.I lost over R500 on the one and when i phoned them they would send me print outs with details of calls but i would have to pay R18.00 something for this.I'm still waiting.I am cancelling my debit order until they sort out this mess.This is a breach of contract from their side.My account number is A **********
