SENDING SMS VIA 34471 TO GET YOU INTO A DRAW

Out of the blue I got the 12 of February 2015 as a 8 year MTN customer a SMS to send my name to 34471 to enter a draw, I did but then I got very stupid questions only meant to get people on the hook.<br> When I tried to find the T&C's of the drwa MTN send you to their website [URL Removed] and nowhere you will find the specific T&C's.<br> <br> I like to know if the answer sms to 34471 are part of my SMS bundle or is MTN charging me EXTRA for this.<br> <br> Nowhere you find any explanation and this has to be stopped especially for the less educated people in the country with MTN contracts .<br> Writing this complaint a get a new SMS from MTN telling me that I made an impressive start yesterday and I'm already top class etc.etc. and then they state Just text 1 SMS: Free to 34471 and raise your 30 points in the draw for 1 Galaxy S5!<br> <br> Please MTN stop this and inform the loyal customers correctly even when they signed for information from MTN when they started their contracts some time ago.<br> <br> If there were any extra charges for these 34471 text messages I sent I want my money back via my monthly MTN invoice.<br> <br>
