Sending Back a cell phone and still being charged every month

<p>I was offered a contract with MTN received the phone and it was such an old phone not what was offered I sent it back to them within 2 days to be exact the 12 January 2016 it was returned, by Jerkins Moya at mall @ carnival. I have phoned in and emailed them several times spoke to a consultant 3 months ago who assured me that once I pay the R238 she will cancell and rectify every thing on her side........YOU ARE STILL DEBITING ME WHY??? I do not have the cell phone if you so want to debit me send me a proper phone and then you can continue debiting my account.
