SELLING WRONG PRODUCT

I was called when my contract came to an end and offered 10gb and 25 minutes per month contract. To my suprise the 10GB was only given in Sept. On the 17 Oct 2024 I received on 750MB and 25 minutes. i remember i asked several times and the sales consultant advised 10GB. I EMAILED THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND AS USUAL NO FEEDBACK. someone please correct this or cancel the contract.
