Selling phones under false pretenses

MTN had sold me a phone under false pretenses, I had done an upgrade on my MTN contract and talking to the staff at centurion mall MTN, I had decided to take the Huawei mate 7 based on the information supp**** to me by them that the phone is able to update to Android lollipop, after checking for updates once I got home, the phone had found no updates, also the wireless connection on the phone is slow, and google maps keeps bombing out.<br> <br> The very next day I went to the MTN store at centurion mall, and explained that the phone was sold to me under false pretenses and that I am not happy with the phone and require a different phone, at this point the staff member told me that there is nothing that they can do and dismissed the issue with no result or effort to try and resolve the problems.<br> <br> Their Representative from Huawei, had explained that he and his area manager will have this problem resolved for me by end of business day the 15th of February 2016, he told me that they would collect the phone by 9 AM o'clock Monday morning and sort this issue out and I am still waiting on them to collect the phone at 2:45 PM.<br>
