Selling my data to other companies.

I made sure that all marketing was disabled when I took the new contract. Neither they nor another company may contact me for marketing purposes. Subsequently several call centres has called me to sell me more MTN related services. Why are they ignoring my specific instruction? They are selling my data against my specific instruction.
