Selling false hope to customers

On the 10th November 2021 bought a Combo data for R79.00 at Sasol Garage . Combo was entayling 3gb Data and 70min all voice calls. However after I recharged the serial Number I only received 2gb data and j complained tk the store management and they advise di should contact MTN as they couldn't do anything about. Calling MTN numerous times the was no option for to speak to a consultant.
