Selling **** service

I bought a phone at Truworths, 10 months later the phone stopped working. Took it back to the store - store booked the phone with MTN. First I was told the phone has liquid damage they will not repair the phone. They forwarded an invoice of R800 for courier and eccessing the phone.. I asked for the phone to be returned after that it a story after another. Last week Friday I received another quote of R350 which now says the phone is beyond economical repair I must pay for courier and assessment. When the lady from Truworths phoned them to request clarity on the term beyond economical repair" they said that the cost of fixing the phone is more than the value of the phone - the phone never had liquid damage. Yet the phone is still under warranty 🙁🙁
