Sell incorrect stuff and won't refund
So I am currently sitting in MTN alberton I bought a charger yesterday and asked a few times for an ultra fast charger. Went home the charger is not an ultra fast charger, now they tell me they dont do refunds?????? No one said anything about this yesterday

07 Aug 2025, 12:16I was advised on Tuesday that I would be called and advised about the out come,I was not contacted!!!! I now called the store again and was told again that I will be notified about the outcome.
The manager acted like I am the person who didn't give any details to the sales lady and keeps telling me that I didn't notice specified.
Yet I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she advised that the charger is an ultra fast charger.
I am shocked at how little assistants supervisors and managers are at MTN.
You would think they are doing you a favour!!!!!
