self service sim swap failed option
My wish is to solve self service option sim swap please mtn it was easy last time to do sim swap with that way but now we suffer as prepaid coz after you do it aanother sms pop in told sim swap nott happen due to flaud ,what flaud if my number belong to me as customer and indibidual cant do sim without security questions

Sim swap can be done at any MTN shop as well, please take with you ID copy, address confirmation, and affidavit for assistance.
