Security is a joke
Since when do you have to have your fingerprints taken in order to get a new sim card. This fly's in the face of "POPI". They can't even guarentee my personal information being kept safe - Now how are you going to keep mu bio metrics safe????

I wanted to get a different sized SIM card. So at a Mtn branch, I was told that I have to give my biometrics and if I did not like it.....tough. Talk about being *********ed in to doing what you say and not considering the client.... I already had produced 2 different forms of identification. Maybe a letter to the Ombudsman is in order.
