SECOND TIME AROUND NO CONTACT
i sent a complaint earlier and was told that a consultant would contact me, but to date no contact.... re insurance not sent the upgraded details of my new phone. cannot claim as the old phone is still listed as the insured item.
Please answer in the open forum and not in private as i want all to see the pathetic service..
