Second month without any internet connection and no one knows what is going on

Going on to the second month without internet connectivity when I have paid for services.

MTN service is beyond appalling. I was contacted by Nkateko Nyati from friends and family I made it very clear to her that I want a monitary compensation for each day that I do not have internet connectivity and I asked her to add that details to the email summary she would sent me. In good MTN culture she blatantly ignored my request. MTN and it's employees are a sad excuse of a network provider.
