Second Month in a row
Yet again this month my account is more last month it was R695 this month R531 , and this is not acceptable as they keep on increasing what is a Contract suppose to mean , I am getting sick and tired as they don't give you the right feedback that you are looking for , no wonder people are doing the Cell C contract buy out , I want this resolved ASAP as this is getting costly

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, please note that the increase in charges is due to sms's sent to the number 38540 which is a premium rated number, kindly note that free minutes do not apply or sms bundle.
