Second LG phone from MTN store to bootloop

I had an LG G4 through contract with MTN that got stuck in boot loop and overheated. When it was time for an upgrade I took a leap of faith after the store person told me the LG G5 had resolved the boot looping issue. This was not the case. A mere few months into using the LG G5 my phone is now stuck in boot loop and the battery life has all but disappeared. MTN should do their research, and LG should stop releasing faulty phones. I need this phone replaced ASAP - unfortunately I can't phone the store to ask for this as my phone won't work.
