Second complaint

I logged a complaint last week Monday and to date I have not been called by anyone from MTN. Nor have I received my refund for the last 9 months when my contract should have been cancelled. You guys are pathetic. This is just 1 of the reasons why MTN from being the number 1 service provider is now at the bottom of the list. Other providers provide much better service and treat their clients with proper care. You just ***** money when you feel like!!! I WANT MY FULL REFUND TODAY or I will complain to the Directors office and the telecommunications board of SA.
