honestly not happy where I am right now and feel like I can't trust MTN anymore cause of mobile plus and Thier agent.

There's and agent that just called me and **** to she told me that MTN is offering Thier client an upgrade cause data has been an issue lately so instead of me getting 2g of data I will be getting 4 and also get 50 minutes instead of 25 but my monthly payment won't change it will still be the same,funny enough she was telling me about cancelling when I want I then ask why would I want to cancel if this is from MTN and it's the changes y'all doing she explained some **** also,so when I hung up the call I'm told about an order I don't know of, need this agent to be delt with if she must go for refresh let her do that's not how you get clients or make sales!!! With lies no.

I need this cancelled with immediately effect!!!I'm not going to stand to see myself being debiting for something I didn't agree to.
