****S and False Advertising

After waiting for the Specials from MTN, I went to renew my Contract for a Galaxy S9+ with free watch and R500 voucher towards any Samsung accessory. YAY you would think. I get the phone sign all the paper work and when asking for the watch and voucher I get told they Dont stock these items and I need to get it from the Samsung store. Off i dash to the Samsung store to be turned away saying that MTN always shift their problems on to Samsung and that they need to sort this out, and byt the way the voucher I received expired 2 months prior to me getting the phone. So is was this add a: Lie , a con or a plain ****!! Terrible despicable service from both organisations.
