******** me out of data

Mtn is a bunch of ******** that take my money every single month and not giving me data. I took out a contract of 60gigs a month and they only giving me like 13 gigs and less. The more I email them, the more they don't have the decency to reply. One person called Thembisile Sithole said her supervisor will call me cos she can't pick up my details on their system. How can this be as they billing me every single month. It's been 4 months now and my data is still not rectified.

I am disgusted by Mtn and their management, very unhappy. I'm using data for work purposes and I need to buy more data which is not acceptable.
