******** THAT WILL KEEP ON DEBITING THINGS THAT DON'T EVEN EXIST

Mondo and MTN are ********* that will make your life miserable.

It was around June when a sales consultant called me to offer me a sim card and the sale was ********** as when i received the sim card it was different to what i have agreed on!!! I called in to cancel and they told me that I cant cancel as my agreement was contractual( yet no documentation was sent to me after they promised that they would send them ). Knowing that calls are recorded I requested that they send me a recording of the sale and after doing that they saw that they messed up and they agreed to cancel the contract.

initially they were suppose to debit only R99 from my acc but now i am receiving debit orders of R732.01.

when they cant collect the funds it obviously creates an overdraft on my bank and they did that again on the 31th of Aug with the same R732.01 with the ref MTN SP

I called my bank and they said that they needed a reference number to cancel the debit order but MONDO never answer phone calls. i want this cancelled as of immediately and i want Mondo to fix the overdraft they created!!! I don't know how and i want them to cancel again what they failed to cancel when i requested that they do.

If i don't get any response after this i will take action against Both MTN and Mondo
