********, false advertising

I upgraded my contract with mondo and mtn, upgrade was processed and new device delivered, what the agent failed to mention was that I would have to pay a R1500 for the first month. I got the shock of my life when this was debited from my account at the end of the month, I would like to cancel my subscription all together as I would of never agreed to the upgrade had I been told of this fee!
