on the 8th April my number was hacked and my phone suddenly lost network.when I contacted MTN customer service I was advised to do a simswap without even checking on your system what in happening with my number. Nonqubela was assisting me with the simswap and she gave me false information.she told me to keep my phone on in order for the simswap to be successful while these people were busy using my number on WhatsApp borrowing money from my contacts. In the next day I contacted customer service again and i was lucky enough to speak with Nyeleti whom processed my simswap and told me no records of simswap request previous day. I was told that my query was reported to the supervisor but up to date no feedback received of what transpired on the day tht I was hacked using your network. People are being hacked and ****** out there and you doing nothing to secure your system and our personal information.
