Was having R115 contract for data and minutes with mtn. Then started experiencing a problem when i recharge when my data or minutes are finished wont get the whole amount ive recharged with. Called MTN to ask what is the problem then the sales consultant manager got in and said why dont you increase your minutes and data and pay R189 a month.

And was happy with the new product took it. They promised to send contract and never did until today. Was suprised when am checking my banking App they deducted R880 which i dont know where it comes from since we agreed with R189.
