I had 2 contracts with Mtn, they both came to an end of thier term. I decided to renew only one. They sent a message saying that the since I didn't renew it, it will be now a month to month contract. What they didn't tell me is that contract will be now R2000 + per month while my original contract with them was R350 pm. Why would they hide something so important. No person in their righfull mind would agree to a contract of +2K pm. When I noticed that I phoned them and asked for it to be canceled but I wasnt helped because now they are suspending my current active contract service because of this dogy month to month contract. So I emailed them stating that I want my current contract to be separated from this month to month contract so I can pay for it and stated that the month to month contract must be canceled. I got a reply stating that it had been excalated to cancelations department and will be contacted within 24 hours but 7 days passed and still nothing. So I did another email with the previous reference from the previous email but still I haven't gotten any response from them. But they have suspended my active contract with them again. I have been with Mtn for a long time but now they are being ********.
