have a contract with mtn and my contract was finished September and no notification was given to me. R2000 was deducted bt ddnt have enough funds as I knw mtn will only deduct R530 and I went to an mtn shop to enquire and cancel the contract , but to my surprise the contract was not canceled due to I have to pay the outstanding balance which is now four thousand and something which I dnt have. And the sim card is not even working I can't even use the data so now is four thousand and something which I can't pay meaning every month R2000 will be added to my account and nothing is being done.
