Hi have been on a contract with MTN for two years. The experience with them has not been pleasant at all but because I need a new device I decided that I will take an upgrade. I used the app to check what devices I can get then it gave me an option to chat with an consultant. As I was speaking to the consultant I asked him/her to send the apple devices I can choose from only to realize that the prices he/she is giving me are way higher from the websit. I decided to confront the consultant asking why the prices differ he has since disappeared. Clearly the consultants put in their own mark up price. I am still trying to get an upgrade without actually having to go to the store
