****med by MTN twice!

I've upgraded my data contract twice this year and was ****med on both occasions. The first time, I was assisted by Sandile Mkhwa**** who told me that I would receive 300gb anytime and 150gb night which I did not receive. After weeks of following up I was told that no such offer has ever existed and the guy denied that he had offered me such. They told me I could revert back to my old contract and then upgrade again. I did that and was assisted by Precious Makhathini who offered 240gb anytime and 110gb night and again I did not receive what I was promised. I've tried different avenues to get assistance with no luck! Instead of fixing the problem, they are offering me packages that are less than their previous offer at the same price.
