Hi hello Peter My name is Mahlodi Evelyn Lekganyane I've been using mnt stater pack for many years n four years ago I decided to port my number to another network but they still have my number in their systems. In November 2020 I received a call from mtn sales agent offering me a stater pack for data the lady asked me question like how much do u use for data a month n I said R150 then she said theirs is R100 for 5gig n I will be able to use the data on my old number n if m not satisfied with the product I can return it within 7days on the day of arrival I received two simcards that was odd for me so I called them these time a different lady picked up my call looked at the system n told me I ordered two simcards n they are saving me because I usually use R600 per month now the whole thing just sounded like a **** because the info she is reading to me it totally different from mine I told her I want to return them immediately n they should cancel my account she told me to take it to my nearest store n I did. I was helped by a guy there I don't remember his name he took the staterpacks n gave me a ref told me to call the head office n tell them to remove from their accounts I did n to my surprise in Jan I received a message from my bank about a debit oder that didn't go through I went the bank n they told me it will be automatically stopped after three months if they don't get their money I was OK thinking maybe they were still processing it at mtn so to my surprise I received an email this month telling me I owe mtn R1314. 88 I just ignored it n they sended me an sms so today I we went to the store where I returned their goods n they told me mtn has blacklisted me so they ****med and blacklisted me now I can't open accounts because of mnt n their **** workers my email is *** please help to clear my name n remove me from mnt accounts
