Mtn is a ***** i bought airtime worth R70 on my capitec app i just clicked on my name since since it's saved as beneficiary but its actually my old number which was not updated on the app. I called mtn customer service who told me they can see the airtime but cannot help me since I entered the number that exist if I had made a mistake with 3 numbers the would have helped. This to me does not make sense you see a problem but you cannot fix but I'm your client. I am so done with them. That is why Nigeria ****ed with them they are the biggest ***** to ever come from this country.
