I am sadden about the service i received from Rea at mtn store where he scanned us, i tried to apply for a 2 phones and he said it qualifies for one and he has to motivate for the other 4 weeks passed nd still no device, month end October they debited R336.00 out of my account and i was told to reverse it i denied, he took out money out of his wallet and gave me R300 because i was now asking questions as im typing they debited again end of November i need this matter sorted,should mtn blacklist me of this matter i will further report this matter to the ombudsman. Poor service this guy is rude!@Mtn eastgate johannesburg south africa
