****med and the Network Provider not HELPING

Can someone please help me, a contract was **********ly taken under my name and I realized when a debit order went off my account, I reported the matter with mtn and a ticket was logged (***)on the 2nd of May, I was told it would be resolved within 7- 14 days, to my surprise I was debit again 30 days later, how long must I still wait for this matter to be resolved. Who is gonna re-imburse me the debit order reversal charges as I am being told to reverse till the matter has been resolved.
