[****] Galaxy s9 Promotion with free Gear Fit 2 Pro

A loyal client from MTN for 10 years and did not expect this to happen

Took out a galaxy s9 plus on the 1st of May from MTN Forest Hill. Before going in, I was informed of the following when I called them:

1) They had stock of the phone in the colour of my choice. 2) The complimentary gear fit 2 pro would be delivered to my door within 7 days.

Got the phone and they claimed the watch via samsung rewards . Again I was told that I would receive it within 7 days. When that failed to happen, I called them again and I am told that it will take 4 weeks.

I then realised that I was **** to so I would sign up for the deal. I honestly do not believe the watch is "free" - it's obviously baked into the price somehow. 4 weeks means I must start paying for something I don't have.

Please sort this out.
