****, False Advertising and Unhelpful

I upgraded my contract via MTN in February, I took the Samsung S21 FE + Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 that was on the site. I received ONLY the phone on the 9th of March, no tablet, I go to MTN, MTN refers me to Samsung. I call Samsung, they have no answers either. Why are you advertising on your sites if you either not holding the promotion or not providing what you are advertising for? Your Customer service is questionable. Had I known this was going to be the case, continuing with MTN would certainly not be on the cards. I want the full.package of what you have advertised!!!! Your Table Bay Branch are unhelpful
