Mtn is a real ****, I took two phones with them in Dec 2017, I couldnt pay because I lost my job early in 2018. My account was handed over to some debt collection company, I got a job and made arrangements and paid what I was owing. In July I called the company and I was informed that my account was no longer with them because MTN took it back, I called MTN same day and was informed that I don't owe anything my account had been settled, NOW, I received a statement from MTN and the outstanding balance on my R677.. How's that even possible
