<p>I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism from any other company as I have with MTN Legal!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been handed over to debt collectors for allegedly owing MTN more than R11 000 for 3 months on contracts that were not in use at the time. I have no problem paying the monthly fee which is a little over R700/mnth. However when trying to contact MTN Legal department they continuously hang up on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 1 miraculous time I did get through they promised to get back to me within 24_48hrs. However it has been more than 48hrs. I have repeatedly asked for a breakdown of how they come to such an absurd amount but they have to the best of my knowledge ignored my request and continue to threaten me with interest on fees for the debt collectors.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm hoping this will get someones attention and I can finally sort this thing out as I refuse to pay a single cent until the information I have repeatedly requested is made available to me.</p>
