**** and Bad service

Mtn offered XTRA time for R110.00 I accepted but on R1.10 was loaded instead. When you call the consultants don't even help. There is not even a person who can assist with this error .Now my balance is R110 for airtimeI didn't even receive. Whenever I try to load airtime it deducts from the do called R110 Xtra time I didn't even receive.
