On 25th of January 2016, I was contacted by a call centre agent, DAVID from MTN Velocity (I live in Gauteng). He convinced me to take a new contract. I phoned the number *** in order to cancel the contract within the cooling off period, BUT to my SURPRISE, the NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST.. Please MTN, sort this out.
