Applying for a cellphone contract with MTN is much easier, the problem only arises when your package is due for cancellation, you will call 135 and be on the line for almost 30 minutes without any help and when consultant answers he/she will put on you on hold and transfer you to another consultant that does not deal with cancellation just to frustrate you.
