I have a huge problem with MTN. Last year November I called to cancelled my router contract and they assured me that they will do the last debit in December, however they have been continuing to debit my bank account after they assured me that my contract account was closed. I've had it with these company taking advantage of me. Their call centre agents are so rude and *********** and offer the worst customer service!!!
