Samsung/MTN MSC Voucher
To Whom it may concern,
It is highly disappointing that i am unable to redeem my voucher for the MSC Cruise.
i called in today to redeem my voucher and was told that i needed to do an online registration by the Feb 2018. No where did it state that there was a cut of time-take note of the screenshot attached.
this is extremely unacceptable.

Kindly not that the voucher is a samsung reward initiative via the said app. You will need to query this with Samsung Rewards directly as we dont have access to their systems. You may e mail them on *** or through the samsung rewards app.
