Samsung S8 + no stock for over 2 weeks

Hi i have signed up for a mtn contract in the durban area for the Samsung s8 + and Samsung J5 pro combo deal 2 weeks ago . When I signed up i was told the store should be getting stock of devices in the next week. It is now gone over 2 weeks and there is so no stock of the Samsung s8 + in the durban area for the combo deal at mtn . I have being advised there is problems with the suppliers in getting stock . I have being a MTN contract client for 6 years and I have 3 mobile devices on contract with MTN and i now find much disatisfaction and extremely poor customer service from mtn . If this continues for any longer I have no choice but to move my contract to another service provider . Would like some assistance to this matter as soon as possible.
