Samsung S7 Edge Faulty

Today i call MTN Direct 5x, 3 times my calls got dropped, once it doesn't even go through and finally someone manages to put me through to the MTN repair centre. <br> So firstly, I upgrade my contract, and my sim doesn't get activated until long after 48 hours, and countless phonecalls with nobody assisting. Then yesterday my brand new phone starts rebooting by itself, and today my screen doesn't respond. I call direct and get told I need to speak to a repair centre, and the repair centre advises me to call the collections department to arrange collection of my phone, only for collections to tell me I need to go into a store, and that too after confirming with the repair centre that I do not need to go into a store does nobody know what needs to be done when a phone is faulty save a store, why do I need to go into a store when I upgraded through MTN Direct? That just defeats the purpose of it all now doesn't it?<br> <br> For once can MTN Direct just get it right with me and my contract! <br> Now it seems that I will be without a phone once more for at least another week or two! <br> <br> P.S. Maybe this time I will get a call back???
