Samsung s7 edge

I bought my Samsung S7 edge on contract on the 12 January 2017 at the MTN Loch Logan store in Bloemfontein. The phone started freezing and getting hot the same week. i sent it back to the store, the phone was apparently checked but they said that everything was fine. As i received the phone back, same thing kept happening. mind you, I am staying in Bloemhof. 3 hours drive to Bloemfontein just to be told that the phone is fine meanwhile i am the one suffering with this phone. I went back again on the 16 march 2017 to take the phone to be looked at. Again i get the report that the phone is fine. The phone kept doing the same thing. To my frustration i took it back again to the store they refused to take it and was advised to take it to the repair centre, on the 24 May 2017. yet again the phone was not exchanged. Franky, now i am very upset with the MTN service. How can they tell me the phone is fine meanwhile i am the one suffering from it acting up every two minutes, embarrassing me. I have NO time to keep travelling to Bloemfontein and back without a solution. I am paying almost R700 per month for this phone yet i cannot use it. I have now come to a point whereby iv switched it off completely, put away. I do not want this phone anymore. MTN needs to take this phone back and refund me. i am expecting a call to solve all of this urgently. **********
