Samsung Note 9 Pre-order with MTN

I had pre-ordered the Samsung Note 9 in the middle of August online from MTN. The Note 9 had the following accessories included in the pre-order package which was stated on their website: 1) The Samsung Welcome Package 2)A Samsung curved computer monitor (which was exclusive to MTN)

I received an email stating that MTN was unable to process my pre-order online and I must go to a store. So I went to MTN at Mall of the South and a lady working there put my name down in a book for the pre-order.

Firstly, on the day that the Note 9 released (the 24th of August), I received a call from the lady at MTN who said i can come by and pick up my phone. However, 2 hours later she calls me again and says that my phone is not there anymore, it was taken by the device administrator at the store. Later that day i went into the store and my phone was suddenly there. So i took delivery of the phone but then they did not have stock of the Samsung Welcome package or the Samsung curved monitor that was supposed to be included as part of the pre-order package. First they said i must come back the next day to get it and nothing was there. Then they said they would call me back when they receive any information but never did. After going to the store many times, their story changed and I was told that i must redeem the Samsung welcome package online so i did that. (Receiving the Samsung Welcome package was another issue and I am creating a separate review on the Celcom Group who was in charge of issuing and delivering it.)

My second issue is that it was stated in the deal that i would receive a Samsung curved monitor if I pre-ordered the Note 9. However, nobody at MTN seems to know about this. They said that they would give me a call if they find out anything and its been over a month and nobody knows anything and I still have not received the monitor.
