Samsung note 9
So i order my Note 9 on pre order.
As on the 15 Feb i wanted to use my spen and it was not klickieng to come out. I took it to mtn they send to Samsung as the fone is 6month old iam verry disipointed . After almost 2 weeks i call mtn to ask how far they are and they told me to call Samsung. I call Samsung's they told me they waiting for parts so i asked how long they told me they waiting for parts for my screen not responding? So i told them no i send it in for spen and they told me yes they picked it up and they will send the quote as ot was my fault as it was puted in incorectly and i need to pay it and the screen is under warrenty.
I never had any problems with screen and know they tell me this?
R950 FOR A spen not even 6 month old?
This is a rip of !
Mtn never told me the pen is not under warranty.

I contacted the store and I tried to contact you with feedback, however I am unable to get through to your number. The S-Pen is an accessory and accessories are not covered under the warranty, therefore repairs to the S-Pen will be charged. The warranty book can be found in the box of the device, it will also tell you what is and is not covered in the warranty. Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you.
